What is Camp Good News - Day Camp?
Camp Good News - Day Camp (CGN-DC) is geared for children between the ages of 7-13, from all types of backgrounds. They allow children to safely be outside, in the open air environment, having fun and learning about God. The campers are supervised by trained staff who come with recommendations from leaders within their church.
CGN-DC is being offered as an additional opportunity for children to enjoy and learn from a camping experience while still sleeping at home.

Camp Details
Times could potentially change for the 2026 season.
Drop-off Time: 8:45-9:00 AM daily (Monday-Thursday).
Pick-up Time: 3:45 PM daily (Monday-Thursday).
Location: Camp Arroyo Grande, 250 Wesley St., Arroyo Grande, CA 93420
Cost: $215/camper
Meals: Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided each day.
Discount: Families with multiple children attending camp will receive a $30 discount for each additional child beyond the first. Please note, there are no workership discounts for the Day Camp.
Financial Aid is available. If you would like to apply for financial aid, please first complete a registration form and then complete a separate financial aid application for each child you would like to apply for.
